Delivery Information
We recommend placing your orders by Monday 7am so we can assign your delivery day in a timely manner or select our new CLICK AND COLLECT service for collection in Alexandria. Orders can be collected Monday to Saturday - 7am to 8pm.
INTERSTATE ORDERS are dispatched Mondays and Tuesdays only.
SYDNEY METRO orders are dispatched by courier (GO PEOPLE) Monday to Friday as long as orders are received by 8 am
You will receive a text message from GoPeople asking to enter the last 4 digits of your phone number to track your order.
Payments can be made via credit card or Paypal. Please double check your shipping address and contact details when placing and order as Fruta Foods cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.
Approximate delivery times for all orders is 1-5 days (Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships if sent with a courier). If you require a special request please write a note with your order.
Frozen Goods
We can not provide a specific time for your delivery. If there is no one home to sign for the order our driver our the courier company will leave the frozen goods outside your house or unit. Please ensure you keep your mobile phone handy in case our delivery driver or the courier company needs to call you.

Delivery and Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not accept returns under no circumstances.
** some NSW areas are considered remote for couriers and for this reason delivery charges are very high. In such case, we will contact you to find the best alternative to send your package.
